By accessing or using sammorentals.com (the "Site") or booking a vehicle from Sammo Rentals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Use of the site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site to transmit harmful code, scrape content beyond personal review, or impersonate any person or entity.

2. Bookings and quotes

Information on the Site is for general guidance. A booking is not confirmed until we send you a written confirmation and you complete identity verification, insurance verification, and payment of the security deposit. We reserve the right to decline any booking.

3. Rental terms

All vehicle rentals are governed by our separate Rental Agreement, which you will sign before pickup. The Rental Agreement controls in case of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Pricing

Quoted rates do not include taxes, delivery fees, tolls, fuel, or any damage, traffic, or parking charges incurred during the rental, all of which are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Sammo Rentals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sammo Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
